Verification

QR Code Verification

Each Statement of Origin includes a QR code that links to a public verification endpoint. This allows customs authorities or trading partners to confirm that a statement was issued through OriginDocsPro and check its current status.

What is visible

  • Statement reference number
  • Date of issuance
  • Current status (active, superseded, or revoked)
  • Issuing organisation name
  • Cryptographic hash confirming document integrity

What is not exposed

  • Commercial data (prices, quantities, values)
  • Supplier information or declarations
  • Internal product details or cost breakdowns
  • Decision reasoning or evidence documents

Access logging

Every verification access is logged with a timestamp and the requesting IP address. You can review who has checked your statements and when, as part of your audit trail.
